Editorial Team Leader:

Job Description: A person with exceptional writing, rewriting and editing skills. Someone who is finicky about copy and has zero tolerance for errors. Should have eight to 10 years of experience handling copy for clients who set exacting language standards. Should also be able to interact with clients and understand -- and execute -- their requirements, keeping in mind deadlines.

Experience on a magazine desk and a design sense would be added advantages, though the person need not be from a journalistic background. Should have the experience of heading a team of content writers, mentoring them and getting the best out of them.
